Introduction to Wildlife Photography

One, Two or Three Day - Non Residential Courses - Available All Year

This course is aimed directly at photographers with a desire to enter the fabulous world of wildlife photography. Wildlife photography should be both fun and enjoyable. It’s with this in mind that my courses are designed to give your photography a real boost. This is achieved in a relaxed and informative manner. The aim of this course is to give you a fast-track to becoming a fully fledged wildlife photographer, so you can proudly show off your wonderful images to the world!

All technical aspects are explained in an easy-to-understand way and wherever possible confusing terms and technical jargon will be avoided. On the day a fact sheet will be issued to you as a reference and permanent reminder of what you’ve learned during the course.

The first day will always be held at the Highland Wildlife Park at Kincraig. This is the perfect place to learn the basics in a controlled environment where the animals aren’t going to run away or be disturbed by us talking and moving around. If you choose a two or three day course, day two and three will be out in-the-field. The target species on this day/s will depend on the time of year.
